FACIAL AESTHETICS

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin. It provides a smooth and fresh skin appearance by retaining water, thus keeping the skin moist, firm, and healthy. Between the ages of 40 and 50, we lose 50% of hyaluronic acid. The skin becomes dry, thin, and sensitive. In addition to the natural aging process and the loss of hyaluronic acid, our skin is also exposed daily to various external factors that alter its surface, leading to a loss of radiance.

PRF – A NATURAL METHOD FOR MAINTAINING A YOUTHFUL APPEARANCE AND STRONG HAIR

PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is blood plasma rich in platelets and growth factors.
It is currently one of the most promising non-invasive methods for achieving natural rejuvenation and maintaining a fresh, natural appearance. It is a regenerative method that utilizes the patient’s own blood, making it a safe and risk-free approach.

  • The growth factors in PRF stimulate cell regeneration, improve microcirculation, and accelerate the healing of wounds and scars.
  • PRF improves skin texture, radiance, and elasticity, stimulates collagen production, reduces fine wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, and scars, and diminishes the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
  • PRF therapy helps with hair loss, strengthens hair follicles, and stimulates the growth of stronger hair. Studies show that it improves hair density and quality by up to 80%.

Indications and Benefits

  • Natural treatment: The use of the body’s own resources reduces the risk of allergies and rejection.
  • Minimal recovery time: Most clients can return to daily activities the same or the following day.
  • Long-lasting results: Natural stimulation enables the long-term release of growth factors and regeneration from within.

PRF therapy is not recommended for:

  • individuals with active skin infections or inflammations,
  • individuals with blood-clotting disorders or other serious medical conditions.

How does the therapy work?

A topical anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated.
Venous blood is drawn and placed into a special centrifuge that separates blood components. Through centrifugation, plasma rich in platelets and growth factors—essential for tissue regeneration—is obtained. This plasma is then injected subcutaneously with a fine needle into the desired areas of the face and/or scalp. This is followed by microneedling with the application of the remaining plasma. The therapy lasts between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the size of the treated area.

How many treatments are needed to achieve the desired results?

Facial mesotherapy is repeated after 3, 6, and 12 weeks, after which maintenance treatments are recommended approximately every six months. For scalp regeneration, treatments are also recommended once a month for the first 3–4 months, followed by maintenance treatments 1–2 times per year.
The first effects of the therapy are visible 2–4 weeks after treatment, when growth factors begin stimulating cell regeneration. After 6–8 weeks, as collagen strengthens, the skin becomes firmer and hair follicles become more active.

Possible Side Effects and Recovery

Temporary redness may occur, and small papules at injection sites may be palpable or visible; these usually subside within one day.
Mild discomfort during the treatment is possible.
After the treatment, we recommend the use of moisturizing and soothing creams (containing hyaluronic acid, tea tree extract, etc.) and mandatory sun protection with SPF 50. Cooling the face is also advised. During the first week after treatment, avoid products containing retinol or vitamin C, as well as exfoliants. Makeup can be used normally the day after the treatment.

REDUCTION AND ELIMINATION OF WRINKLES, LIP AUGMENTATION WITH DERMAL FILLERS

Dermal fillers are made from 100% hyaluronic acid, which is natural, biocompatible, biodegradable, and absorbed like any other natural component of the skin. The filler becomes part of the skin's structure, giving a more natural appearance, especially in dynamic areas. It softens wrinkles and restores lost volume while preserving the natural characteristics of your face. Your face regains its smooth appearance naturally and discreetly. Just one treatment, lasting 10 - 15 minutes, provides excellent results.

Will it hurt?

Fear of pain is one of the first obstacles that patients encounter with procedures involving injections. Fillers contain the local anesthetic lidocaine, which is the most commonly used local anesthetic worldwide and ensures a nearly painless procedure.

Will there be any scars?

At the injection site, redness, minor swelling, and slight discomfort may occur, but these typically disappear within a few hours. You can return to your daily life immediately after filler injection, and within a few days, you will notice that your skin is firmer, tighter, and more hydrated.

How long do the effects last?

The expected duration of filler effects is 1-2 years.

MESOTHERAPY

Mesotherapy is a completely natural and highly effective method of rejuvenating the skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. It stimulates collagen production, rejuvenates cells, smoothens surface wrinkles, regenerates the skin, moisturizes it, and makes it more elastic.

It is a simple, safe, and relatively painless procedure suitable for women and men of all ages. Using an extremely fine needle, hyaluronic acid is injected into the superficial layer of the skin. After the procedure, your skin is firm and radiant.

Mesotherapy is successful in addressing issues such as:

  • tired-looking skin,
  • loss of tone and radiance,
  • wrinkles and sagging,
  • harmful effects of sun exposure,
  • dark circles under the eyes.

How long do the effects last?

To achieve optimal success, the therapy needs to be repeated several times. It is recommended to initially have 2–3 sessions spaced 1 month apart, followed by once a year. The frequency and number of treatments depend on the desired effect.
Mesotherapy can be combined with other methods and rejuvenation procedures for optimal results.

WRINKLE REDUCTION WITH BOTOX

Currently, this is the most common non-invasive cosmetic procedure in the world. It focuses on rejuvenating the upper half of the face. It is a simple, safe, and highly effective procedure where botulinum toxin, or Botox, is injected into the muscle to prevent excessive contraction and thus eliminate dynamic wrinkles. The procedure typically takes 5–15 minutes.

Botox is used for:

  • smoothing wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows, around the eyes, lips, nose, chin, and neck,
  • lifting the eyebrows and the tip of the nose,
  • reducing the visibility of excessive gums (Gummy smile),
  • treating excessive sweating on the palms, soles, armpits, and face,
  • treating bruxism or excessive clenching of the jaw and teeth grinding.

How long do the effects last?

The effect usually lasts 4–6 months. With regular repetition, the effect of Botox lasts longer, so subsequent therapy sessions become less frequent over time.
